Nope, it sure won’t. You’ll need the C6 transmission from a 66 – 68 Lincoln with a 462 or the same trans from a 68 – 69 Lincoln with a 460. A regular big block C6 may fit, but it’s apt to be tight around the heater box on the firewall. Also, the frame rails above the motor mount area will need to be notched to clear the 460 exhaust manifolds.
