Installation
Now we get down to the nitty gritty! Things turned out easier than we
thought... until those dang brackets started tripping us up...

Astro rubber isolator bolts to the frame; the motor mount is just a steel
bracket.

Piece of exhaust pipe visible to the right (vertical) was used to tilt the
engine using a floor jack underneath. The V8 slid in easier than the V6 came
out! Notice plenty of room in the engine bay.

V8 going in. It's offset several inches to the passenger side.

The exhaust manifold looks close to the frame, but the engine is just sitting
there temporarily with no motor mounts.
That's all so far, until the next two rolls of film get developed and
scanned! Lots of bracket building coming up...
