Owlett, who thought he was learning Expect

Ten-line breakpointer! Rich interactive console! ::tcl::unsupported::*!
Live backdoors! How do *you* debug your Tcl work?

*CIO* magazine gives its slant on scripting in 2008:

More engaging than a month of commercial entertainment: Alexandre and
Richard generate Rowland primes in a few lines:

Any favorite initializations beside "set a 7"? Have you seen Cloitre's
    recurrence?

Welome 8.6a3 with, among many other things, striding sorts:

Thanks to Arjen Markus for his weekly summary of Wiki action:
Sometimes titles are rather misleading - take the page on "puredata",
that refers to a piece of software that ... Oh well, simply read on.

  Some graphics
  - Here is a (slightly bumpy) way for software to draw syntax diagrams.
You know: those rectangles with rounded corners and curving lines.
    <http://wiki.tcl.tk/21708> contains an example.

  - Disassemble a GIF file into its constituent blocks and rearrange
    them as you like. <http://wiki.tcl.tk/16127>

  - Calendars and clocks always seem to puzzle people - at least
when it comes to GUIs. Here is the penultimate solution to
    picking a time: <http://wiki.tcl.tk/21705>

  Some other stuff
  - Rivet is a module in Apache that allows you to run Tcl programs.
But you can use it the CGI way too - <http://wiki.tcl.tk/3874>

  - "puredata" is software that allows you to manipulate audio and
video signals. Comes with an interesting way of defining a
program - as a diagram. <http://wiki.tcl.tk/21384> for details.

  - You may want to test your instruments in parallel or in more
and more complex settings. "Teststand" allows you to use Tcl
    programs. <http://wiki.tcl.tk/21379>

Everything Tcl-related you want is probably one or two clicks away in these

It already aggregates quite a bit of Tcl intelligence.

Cameron Laird tracks several Tcl/Tk references of interest (but
needs to validate many of the links).

We're working on more useful archives of past installments. Dave
