Lean and stoichemic mixtures of hydrocarbons burn blue, but rich mixtures burn
Green - with the richer the mixture the greener it gets.

I remember the spark plugs you could put in and "read" the combustion.

Would be so nice if we could put a color sensor in the chamber and use it for
more than a few minutes without it carboning up.  Oh well.
