I bought a kit from bc fab. level 3 kit with the choppin block a-arms. Their kit was less expensive and seemed better than the others in my opinion. I do believe choppin block makes 4 link kits also that dosent require cutting. Did not see a price on it tho. If you mention suicide slabs you also you get $100 off at bc fab.

Ryan, there are front sump pans available for the Cummins diesel. It wouldn’t be much of a problem to change out the pick up tube and pan. Though if you plan to change out the entire front suspension and crossmember than you can make anything fit.

I’d go through the normal tuneup things – plugs, points, condenser and rotor, distributor cap, set the dwell, etc and see if that helps.

I’m fairly certain some firewall mods will be needed in order to fit a Cummins in there, and you’ll probably wind up modifying the transmission tunnel a bit too depending on what you plan to put behind that…[Read more]
