The basic sheet metal should be identical between the a same year convertible and sedan, however the window glass and some of the other bits will be different.
If you’ve got a 64 you can use the doors from a 64 or a 65.

I’ve got the glass and all the inner parts but my doors are wrecked , so I should be able to transfer all the parts to sedan doors then?
As far as I know the sheet metal bits are the same and the differences are just in the misc. bits like the windows and tracks. There might be some minor differences with switch mounts – convertibles lower the windows when the rear doors are opened – but otherwise you should be good to go.
